In 1976, Dipl.-Ing. Siegfried Fleischmann - today's Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Directors - founded esz AG calibration & metrology. esz AG grew continuously, organically and structured - particulary since 2003 and in economically difficult times - (at about 20% per year) in what is known today as Germany's leading independant, third-party calibration laboratory. esz AG is positioned Europe-wide and charcterized by an even balance between targeted growth and expansion.They keep track, adjust and redefine esz AG's strategy, making sure to accomplish esz AG's mission in beeing Europe's leading industrial calibration laboratory.

esz AG's managing board today consists of two managers: Dipl.-Kfm. Oliver T. Fleischmann, Dipl.-Ing. Univ. Philip M. Fleischmann. Both keep at heart the continuous improvement of the quality mangement system, maintaining sustained and outstanding customer satisfaction and keeping esz AG's working environment as a source for quality, motivation, inspiration and innovation. Combining customer requirments and people's skills is characterizing leadership at esz AG. The entire management team is commited to every aspect of the quality management system in complying with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025:2018 requirements.
