With calibration expert, esz AG calibration & metrology has taken an important step towards process automation in the calibration laboratory. The specially developed software solution makes your laboratory management considerably faster, simpler and more efficient. It supports your calibration technicians, engineers and metrologists in the calibration and creation or handling of calibration certificates.

Conventional calibration software checks a measuring object using a so-called calibration master/test plan (a freely configurable template for each measuring instrument model). In calibration expert, however, more than 50 parameters and relations are precisely described and recorded: Calibration object, procedure, sequence, aids, conditions, options, device combinations, correction formulas and uncertainty of measurement - all according to customer, model or order. The software then not only compares the actual values of your test object with the setpoints, but also always takes all influencing variables (e.g. temperature, humidity, pressure, local gravity acceleration, calibration location, measurement dispersion, users, calibration standards, etc.) and reading errors into account. It also coordinates all processes from order distribution and release control to quality management and calculates the uninterrupted feedback chain and uncertainty of measurement with histories and version history of all data records.

Calibration certificate at the touch of a button At the end of your measurements, you can generate the corresponding result report (calibration certificate) in accordance with all requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 as an accredited or factory calibration certificate at the touch of a button. The error-free integration, efficient processing and evaluation of such a large and complex amount of data from measuring instruments of all manufacturers and models in one program is so far unique in the calibration laboratory.

Prerequisites Prerequisite for using calibration expert is a PC (Windows 7 or higher) with an Internet connection. The location-independent solution is possible for you without additional construction of a VPN tunnel.
